IOUS, was incorporated on 13th October 2011 in Tulsa- Oklahoma/ USA, Mr. Nabil E. Hermiz, the CEO of NMD is also the CEO of IOUS.

IOUS has associated agreements with several companies to provide all the services to implement the entire Oil Development Project. Those companies have track records of implementing oil projects in Iraq, Middle East and worldwide.

IOUS and Associates provide services including Project Management, multidiscipline engineering and design capabilities & Services including gathering, Procurement and Construction Management services. IOUS have a Quality and Safety Systems in place and we operate under comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment practices. Many of our staff have operated refining units in refineries, and are very knowledgeable about overall refinery operations and intricacies. For any Project

IOUS will provide procurement services for the purchase of all required engineered and bulk materials according to the engineering
specifications provided by the designers. The procurement will include document and quality control of all items from the point of manufacture until actual installation in the field.

IOUS and Associates personnel will lead the pre commissioning, commissioning, and startup phases of the field work following the completion of the construction activities. Local personnel will be trained by IOUS and Associates to operate and maintain the refinery, and they will work alongside, IOUS personnel during the initial commissioning start up and operation of the refinery.

IOUS and Associates provide Construction Management services to support our engineering and design work. internationally, our Construction Management Team works with local qualified companies to ensure an effective execution strategy is developed and implemented leading to an on-time completion schedule.
